Requirements for Structural Engineer Position:
- Bachelor of Science Degree from four-year College or University in Architectural, Structural or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum accumulative GPA of 3.5 is preferred.
- Master of Science Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering. Minimum accumulative GPA of 3.5 is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in structural engineering is preferred.
- Professional engineering license (P.E. or S.E.) is preferred.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret design drawings, building codes, design specifications and project specifications.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD and structural analysis software (SAP2000 or GTStrudl), with working knowledge of Word
- processing software, spreadsheet software, Email, database and Internet software. Experience using Revit is a plus.
